Low Carb Coffee Poke Cake

Creamy Low Carb Coffee Poke Cake

Creamy Coffee Poke Cake

Hello CjsKetoKitchen Family!  This week we bring you a awesome recipe that we made as our Christmas Day dessert.  We film almost everything in our house as far as cooking goes, especially new dishes.  This recipe came from JoyFilledEats.com and we found it via Pinterest–she has some awesome recipes so please check out her blog, for other great recipes.

We’d never made a Poke Cake before, so it was new to us, but we’ve already got an idea for our own Poke Cake recipe – so stay tuned.  We live in the home of Starbucks so anything with coffee is appealing to us.  Enjoy and happy New Year!

  1. I appreciate the shout out but it is against my copyright policy for you to post my recipe here. You may leave the ingredient list but please send your readers to joyfilledeats for the instructions. Thank you.

    1. Taryn,

Thank you for the comment. We did not intentionally violate your copyright policy, we have done as you asked. Taryn, we are new to the blogging world and we don’t totally understand all the do’s and don’t. As we read about copyright laws on the internet there are varying opinions on what is covered and what isn’t. But that really doesn’t matter if we piss another blogger off. I realize that you do not have to do what I’m about to ask because you don’t know us from anyone. Can you point us to some good information on in’s and out’s of food blogging? Even a good course from someone that trust.
