90 Second Bread Recipe | Keto and Low Carb
The week we are kicking it back old school!
CJ and I are 7 years into practicing the low carb lifestyle. We made this recipe many years ago and decided it deserved a fresh look.
This recipe for 90 Second Bread is all over the internet, and has been for years now…it is a quick and easy keto and low carb friendly bread recipe, for when you just feel like having bread while doing Keto.
The recipe make two slices of bread, we suggest toasting your bread after you make it just to add some extra crunch and texture.
Another suggestion is using silicone ramekins. I love the ease and cleanup of using silicone. I used the square cupcake size, which gives you the approximation of a small bread slice.

90 second bread
- 1 1/2 TB melted butter
- 3 TB almond flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp seasoning we used salt and garlic powder
- In a small dish or measuring cup, melt butter.
- Add other ingredients. Stir or whip with milk frother to combine all ingredients very well.
- Pour into microwave safe dish or ramekin.
- Microwave approximately 90 seconds(1100 watt microwave) until springy and pulling away from ramekin.
- Slice in half. Toasting is recommended.
