Blackberry Crumble is one of my favorites and is so quick and easy. Just add some ice cream or whipped cream for a great dessert to serve family and friends.

Keto Blackberry Crumble

An old fashioned recipe made keto. Perfect for an end of summer treat, or anytime of year!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups blackberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup brown erythritol
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter cold; cubed
  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place blackberries in an 8x8 baking dish. Cover with white erythritol. Stir to combine.
  • Combine nut, flaxseed, cinnamon, almond flour and brown sweetener. Combine well.
  • Cut in cold butter until mixture is sandy and crumbled. Spread over berries.
  • Bake 30 t0 35 minutes. Let sit upon removal.
