Keto Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips sugar-free
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Warm in a small saucepan the milks. Add in and whisk the cocoa powder and chips.
- Add in pumpkin and spice. combine and simmer.
- Remove from heat and blend with immersion blender if desired for extra frothiness if desired.
- Serve immediately. Top with whipped cream if desired.
