I’m not quite sure how the Thanksgiving meal evolved into such a complicated and large meal. Cooking for Thanksgiving can be a feat, but it doesn’t have to be.

I have chosen two desserts, one side dish and two leftover meal ideas for fun and stress-free meal options!
First up, is a favorite keto side dish that we make every year….actually CJ does, yep, that’s right, CJ COOKS. LOL It’s keto cauliflower stuffing. Despite being made with cauliflower, people flock to this dish, and we are asked to bring it to every holiday gathering.
Next up are two fabulous dessert ideas from previous holidays here at Cjsketokitchen….both autumnal, and both phenomenal.
First is pecan pie….it took me a while to perfect this. It’s ooey, gooey deliciousness does not disappoint….
Secondly, we have a traditional pumpkin recipe made into a fun and easy donut…
Lastly, we have two amazing recipes to use those turkey day leftovers. Of course, turkey is awesome anytime!
And finally….my favorite, the gobbler cobbler. Who doesn’t love biscuits?
