  1. I really enjoy your recipes and the videos that accompany them.
I love your stories and look forward to your new posts each week.
I am a fledgling at keto and I am learning so much from your channel. Keep up the ketotastic good work!!! Peace and love back at you from the UK

  2. Don’t mean to bear a bad report because I also enjoy your recipes, but these cookies are way too sweet. I would suggest using only the half a cup(or so), of granular Erythrotol, as the powdered makes it so sweet and leaves an unpleasant cooling after bite.

    1. Hi Rita,

Yes, the cooling after bite of eryrititol is an issue. We’ve made these several times but not in awhile. We also use a monk fruit erythritol blend and that helps with the cooling. We never really noticed the too sweet part but to each his own. We are thinking about experimenting with alulose which is a newer sweetener. Thanks for the comment.

  3. I enjoy your videos, but I have trouble hearing you, I wish you would speak up a little, almost a whisper at times.
