Keto Pizza soup
I love those kinds of soups that are hearty and packed full of flavor, so they are not only filling, but they warm your bones on chilly days.
Well, this is one of those soups! I am a soup and salad person from a long way back. If you love these hearty soups like I do, then you are gonna LOVE this pizza soup!
It really has all the flavors of your favorite pizza, packed into a soup.
we love to add a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese or whisp croutons to the top. That part is totally optional. This is such a flavorful soup all on it’s own.
Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings to this soup to make it the way your family will love. Olives would be a fun addition, but I seem to be the only one who likes them in my family lol.
This is an incredibly easy soup to make. You can have it on the table in about 40 minutes. Grab a large saucepan or smaller soup pot, and let’s make some soup!

keto pizza soup
- In a large Dutch oven or saucepan, sauté sausage until brown.
- Add onion, pepper and garlic. cook 5 minutes. Add in mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes more.
- Add water, pizza sauce, tomatoes, herbs and pepperoni.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes or longer. Stir occasionally.
- Before serving, add mozzarella cheese.
