Keto Molten Lava Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 TB butter melted
- 1 TB heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg room temp.
- 2 TB cocoa powder
- 2.5 TB powdered natural sweetener
- 1 square sugar-free chocolate
Instructions
- In a microwave safe mug or ramekin, melt butter.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla. Add in egg. Stirring very well. Add one of your TB of cocoa powder. Stir until well combined.
- Add in second TB of cocoa powder. Stirring until well combined. Add in sweetener.
- Continue to stir until batter is smooth and velvety.
- Insert chocolate piece(s) into center just covered. Microwave for 1 minute.
- For full lava effect, invert onto a plate. Serve immediately.
