Keto Taco Bites
so much flavor in a tiny package

Super simple easy keto recipe makes a great option for serving at holiday parties, gatherings and get togethers. Although I prefer to make them and enjoy them all the time.

If you like to make recipes ahead of time, you can mix up the mixture and finish assembling them when you are ready to bake.

You could even make them all the way and freeze them and just reheat them for later. Either way is great.

Keto Taco Bites
Perfect for a fun gathering food!

Ground Beef – I always cook with regular ground beef (80/20) but feel free to use whatever you prefer as you’ll be draining the meat anyways

Taco Seasoning – I always use my homemade of taco seasoning. Be sure to check out the recipe on this site!

Shredded Cheese – Any cheese you love will work great in this recipe. For some heat use shredded Pepper Jack cheese. You can always stick with Colby Jack cheese, or plain cheddar as well.

Taco Toppings – The best part! You can serve these with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and chopped tomatoes.

There are so many different taco topping options so serve with what you love. Black olives, chopped cilantro, jalapeños, salsa, guacamole, avocado slices are some good ones.

Or, of course , just eat the taco bites plain, but they would also be great dipped in some sauces, salsa, ranch or a combo of salsa & sour cream.

These little babies were delicious!  Super easy to make and great for the whole family.  We are in the middle of a Fat Fast so I couldn’t really eat a lot of these because of the almond flour.  But for regular everyday Keto or Low Carb these are delicious.
