When I was growing up, one of my mothers, favorite foods was heating cheese, and pizza toppings on a plate. I swear she ate it at least a couple of times a week.

Pizza chains all across the nation are giving you pizza toppings in a bowl and charging you an exorbitant rate for the convenience. Why not make it at home?

What I love about this recipe is just how much it satisfies my pizza cravings. Like most people, the crust is the most boring part of the pizza, and really is only there for a vehicle for all the toppings!

Not only does this keto crustless pizza recipe satisfy even the biggest pizza cravings, but it’s also completely customizable by switching up the “toppings” – make it your own! Try it for your next pizza night, I know you’ll love it!

What you will need for this easy dish:

  • Pepperoni- A favorite in our household. however, italian sausage would also be delicious.

• Italian seasonings– A must for any good pizza dish, it really shines here.

• Cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese– The cheddar cheese is mixed into the  mozzarella cheese to give it the authentic pizza topping vibe.

• Pizza sauce– Check the carbs for the best keto pizza sauce, and we are only using a bit!

• Pizza toppings– I enjoy using bell peppers, mushrooms, and pepperoni, but use whatever you prefer. I’m just using pepperoni, onion, and pepper for this recipe, but go wild!

  • Lay down a layer of mozzarella cheese evenly. Add slices of pepperoni in desired arrangement.
  • Top pepperoni with dabs of pizza sauce. Sprinkle optional veggies evenly.
  • Add seasonings. Top with co-Jack, or other cheese of choice. Sprinkle with additional seasoning if desired.
  • Microwave one minute, depending on microwave wattage, more time may be needed. Serve immediately.
