Greek yogurt has always been a family favorite at our house for its high protein, low carbs, and probiotics. I love to eat this for dessert,  or as a mid-day snack.

This recipe is perfect for satisfying your indulgent cravings while fueling you with healthier ingredients and helping you with your sugar cravings. It remarkably tastes exactly like cookie dough. 

Our 14 year-old sent me this recipe. It’s been extremely popular online.

WHAT KIND OF GREEK YOGURT TO USE:

I love 5% Fage Greek yogurt. But this recipe could be made with any yogurt you enjoy.

I did mine batch in a separate container, but, you could easily mix this up right inside an individual yogurt container.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Greek yogurt full fat
  • 1 TB peanut butter
  • 1 TB sugar-free honey optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 TB sugar-free chocolate chips chopped finely
US Customary - Metric

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, or inside the yogurt container. Stir in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir everything well. Add chocolate chips. Serve immediately, or chill.
